I wrote a report on 27 November 2013 and logged a complaint. In short: Cell C don't want to cancel my contract which I cancelled on the 20th August 2013 already and which was supposed to end on 20 September 2013. According to Cell C I am in arrears. I have forwarded all the Prove of Payments to them, but still they tell me that I am in arrears. According to them I should still pay for usage. But my contracts were both TOP-UP's. According to that, you owe an amount per month, and that is it. Blanche Opperman contacted me the day after I wrote the report. I forwarded all the proof to her once again. This is now 19 days later and this is not sorted out. She is not answering my e-mails. She did gave me a call more that a week ago, but could not give me an answer, so she promised to get back. What I do not understand is that I got a statement recently with a ZERO balance. And I also want to mention that every time I spoke to an operator in the past, the amount I supposedly are in arrears with, differ. So really, this is the FOURTH report I am writing to HelloPeter.com since the beginning of this year and still this is not settled with Cell C.
