Extreme bad service from cell c

I have a 3g contract with cell c. In the past my services was terminated due to cell c saying my account was in arrears, after e-mailing all my proof of payments my service was re activated now i am receiving e mails my service will be disconnected on the 17 04 2013 due to my acc being in arrears witch is not the case. if cell c can employ competent people who are willing to work and not just sit on their fat bums this will not happen. I cancelled one of my contracts with cell c and on my cancellation form i asked for this no to be made a pay as you go no, for some reason another incompetent employer decided to cancell this no and switch this no off, i have made two attemps by phoning 140 and try to resolve this matter. They said the people from customer care wil contact me to have my no connected again, but by knowing cell c i will never be called. In the past i have even invited the MD of cell c to contact me so i can resolve my problems, but with no luck all i want is what i am paying for but every time my services get disconnected i am loosing airtime which i must still pay for. All i get from from cell c is empty promises
