Cell C unresponsive

Cell C is not very responsive. They contacted me on 23 December 2013 for the documentation regarding my previous complaint. I forwarded it to them on 23/12/2013 10:14 and contacted them again 31/12/2013 (Blanche Opperman), but there is no response.
