Money still coming off my account for 4 month

As i have said before, i have cancelled my account and even have a cancellation letter from vodacom and AGAIN this month TODAY 3rd SEPT i have had an amount taken off my account for this CANCELLED account, please explain why this is happening and i want my money back this is not on this is now getting ridiculous and i an VERY angry with all this back and forward and every month i cancel and yet i get charged every month!!! it has now been 4 months of this and about R800 off my account that WAS cancelled!!! please can you fix this right away!!! this is a joke i am going to tell everyone i know about this and stop people from taking contracts out with you! i will never use vodacom again ever!
