Misleading client - very poor service

Once again MTN have not delivered on their promises. I have liased with Kim Basson in the passed month who ensured me that my account will be cancelled and my money taken would be returned. Sure enough my money was returned from August and September 2013 but after a confirmation not long ago from Fathima the durban based consultant i spoke with that my money was returned and contract cancelled here now on the 2nd October money was once again deducted from my bank account for a device i dont have and an account which has been supposedly cancelled. Now that its been 3 months trying to get response from MTN i think legal action is very necessary.
