MTN Not canceling contract

After a number of requests and receiving responses MTN have still NOT cancelled my contract. MTN have responded to me on email confirming that my contract (Ref No: 27 0832722566 [#7194808]) has been cancelled. MTN are still taking money from my account. This is now and MTN is my money. I want this contact cancelled and my money returned back to me immediately!!! I will take this further, I want my money back and I will not stop until I have it back!!!
