I took up a contract with 8ta telkom in 2011 in March, i stopped using the SIM card in April, 8ta stopped billing me, i have realised lately that they have started deducting money off my account this year in March again, i contacted 8ta spoke to Chanel who advised me that this contract will only kbe cancelled after 30 days??? so they are going to continue taking money off my account for something that i am not even using? this is unacceptable, i want it removed/cancelled ASAP... very disappointed
