In December of last year I upgraded to an Anytime 500 contract. As part of that contract I receive 500MB data as well as 150MB free. My contract resets on the 21st of every month and this month I only received the 150MB, not the 500MB. On Friday the 24th of February 2014 at about 12:00 I phoned 808 regarding this problem. I was told it would be fixed within 24 hours. I Checked at five o' clock, nothing. So I phoned 808 again. I was again told that it could take up to 24 hours. I phoned again this morning as my data was still not loaded and for the third time I was told that it would be fixed by 12:00. I checked again earlier today and still no data. So, at about 20:30 I phoned 808 again. This time I was told that it could only be fixed on Monday. When asked about the data I am now paying for that should have been covered by my contract, I was told that I would have to sort it out when my invoice is finalized. That is totally unacceptable. I am not the one at fault, why should I have to once again phone MTN to have it fixed?
