Paid for Nothing but bad service

I have been a customer with Vodacom for 6 years, and lately the problems have been piling up like crazy.

I have requested for a MyMeg 250 to be added to my monthly account, and last month i paid for it. but up to date (06 September 2013) i have not received my data.

After being to by a consultant, about the fact that i will be receiving my data immediately, I spoke to a manager, named Linda, who promised me that my data will be reimbursed to me, as i have already paid for it, within 24 hours.

he promised me that Vodacom will be in touch with me within 24 hours, but the 24 hours have depleted, and still no one has contacted me back, and i still have not received my data.

After holding on for half an hour, i requested the callback service, and they "phoned back" they said "we are transferring your call to the next available consultant", and my call got disconnected... i have now been holding on for another 15 minutes and STILL no answer. i have never been SO angry in my life.
