In August I upgraded my handset, I went for the note 2, it was a obf, I then got a new one with the same problems, exchanged for another, on the 3rd one I experienced the same issues so I wanted a S4 which I received, the S4 however gave me problems as well. I then exchanged the S4 for a iphone 5 which never gives problems. During my experience I received the worst client service ever! They had no sense of client service, they seemed more interested in being rude to clients then helping clients, as far as even swearing in the branch.
I then found out a month later I never got the correct package I signed for, ' technically' I am still on the note 2 package. I am now on honeymoon to find they have messed up my account even more by not giving me my data, sms and minutes owed to me for my new month bill run. I am so angered, not only have they wasted my time, but wasted my money too, I wasted petrol, cellphone covers and screen protectors on there products! I always supported and told others to switch to MTN but after all this they don't deserve any clients. My account better be fixed when I return or things will be taken further!!!
