I have been experiencing terrible internet speeds / pings from Telkom for the past 3 weeks. During this time, i have logged 2 incidents over the phone (both closed) and 2 over the internet (no response) but my issue is still not resolved. My ping to the "Telkom SA Speed Test" site is 1124ms. I have a 4MB uncapped solution. (Telkom is my ISP). I'd like my issue resolved ASAP, as this is insane. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of service I am receiving. I've been having continues problems with my line since the installation 2 years ago.
