Never Follow up!

Its almost 2 months and still waiting for my speed that I am paying for. I logged a call me back everyday from afrihost as they never follow up and escalated them and telkom and still waiting for SOMEONE to fix my connection.

I also logged a few trouble tickes but afrihost keeps Completing/Closing them without resoving the issue. I am done following up with afrihost that's there job to follow up with me not the other way around. I pay a full amount each month and I only gets half the service and the speed.

At least it is still in the 2 months period so I think its time for Double Money Back Guarantee!! For the best ISP of 2013 your service are not up to standards with the other ISP!
