Upgraded contract on 13/11/2013. Requested a data bundle of 500mb for R99 be added to the contract. didnt see this on final print out I signed & was informed by consultant that it wont appear as it isnt part of contract but a value added service. consultant doesnt tell me about sim swap-day after upgrade I spend time on phone trying to sort it out only to eventually be told that I have to go in to a store (2nd trip). not long after, In the follow up service call to check satisfaction, I mention these things & never get feedback. yesterday, i get first bill & to my horror it is R 1257.87, R487.15 of which is for data! call 111 to query and the agent explains to me like a child that the handset has automatic updates - surely this would be covered by the data bundle that I requested 4 this purpose? the data bundle was never activated. the BIS & sms bundle were never cancelled. agent confirms she loaded new instructions, check sms's received after call to find instructions not loaded correctly. call back to fix - told that systematicaly not possible & will have to call back on 01/01 to fix vodacoms mess up.
