I wish I could cancel my mtn contract! I am fed-up

My husband and myself went to mtn on the 14th of November to upgrade my phone (on his name). The personal was friendly and helpfull. AL the forms were completed, and I got my phone. My simcard was clipped and placed in the new phone (BlackBerry. Q10). I was told that my new packidge will be loaded within 24hours. I received nothing! I had a new phone that was useless! My simcard was clipped and I could not even put it back in my old phone! We went back on the 5th of Nov. Angel, the manager who helped us the 1st day was not there, another employee 'helped' us by saying we must wait until the 14th of December to see what happens! We were frustrated to say the least. On the 8th of Dec we went to the head-office in Secunda. A Veronica helped us. She was surprised to see the contract was for 12months, and not what we asked for! She send us back to the mtn store in the mall with a message that the contract must be send again. We went there. Angel was not there, but we were told that the contract will be mailed and will get urgent attention. Monday morning Angel phoned and apologized about the problem. It would be done in 24hours. Nothing! We went back today. It was not done yet!!!
