Cancelled contract 3 times and still not done!

In August 2012 I contact MTN to cancel one of my contracts and convert it to a "Pay as you go" - this was giving them 3 months notice! I was told to call again on 2 Nov to cancel as this was the renewal date for the contract. Due to work commitments and not being able to call on the 2nd, I called on 6 Nov to terminate with immediate effect and convert to Pay as you go. Needless to say I was billed end Nov, end December and again today (end Jan) for this contract after I called again on 2 Jan ref nr. 95387982 to cancel and I was assured that I will be reimbursed the contract amount for end December. Again as mentioned this has not been done - on top of that the contract amount has increased to R 248 from R 189 without me upgrading or receiving a new device!!! Calling the call centre does not help because clearly the agents do not respond to instructions. I hope that someone with some authority will get into contact with me as I expect to be reimbursed for 3 months as the fault clearly with the supplier failing to do their job! Maybe it is time to consider another service provider as this is not my 1st complaint with MTN!
