After struggling to find a solution for a number of days to my problem. Chantel took it upon herself to actually solve my problem instead of emphasising the problem without assisting with a solution. She was prepared to go far beyond her call of duty even offering to solve my problem during her tea break. What's more she kept me updated regarding the status of my account every step of the way. I try at all times to avoid call centres and I usually come out with a feeling of irritation when I have to deal with one but I must admit this girl's willingness to actually be a problem solver rather than a problem emphasiser is a lesson every call centre agent should learn. She should be the standard, I would work with someone like that any day.
