My cellphone contract started when i requested to be converted from corporate to individual contract, all seem to be agreed upon because i also request advice on reasonable packages which no one from Nashua decide to bother to explain, my contract was due to to be upgraded and when the upgrade happens all seem to fall apart, the biling didnt happen, the account piled and when i sent e-mail to get clarity no one came back to me, until i was called by the debt collectors,

This has been a mission and today i owe R3000 which i dont know where it come form because on my contract i only use data bundles only,

this has been such a painful contract and hope that i can get to speak to anyone senior in nashua mobile to atleast allow me the opportunity to voice my concern, I hate it because no one senior is readily available to help me as a client, i have never felt so miserable, I need help
