No Service Delivery and Terrible Feedback!

We entered into a MTN data contract for our home PC-once installing it did not work and we could not get onto the internet (i.e. we entered into a service contract but did NOT receive any service!) After numerous (too many to count) phone calls and visits to the head office and relevant branch, finally a technician was sent to our house to have a look. They said the signal was weak and installed an aerial in full view from my living area! Well that did not work either because we still do not get internet -it sometimes works, sometimes connects and drops but most times just says it cannot read the sim or is not registered.
This has been going on for over 4 months now, I get promised that calls will be returned, my issue addressed but get nowhere - it is now ridiculous and I have had enough!
I entered into a contract to receive internet, I have been paying and getting nothing. There is no service delivery and no customer service. I want my contract cancelled and my subscriptions repaid because at this point in time Im paying to have no internet, a headache and admin of trying to get hold of MTN to do something about it! I have run out of patience and have had enough!
