Billed even though no Telkom lines

I used to have a Telkom ADSL and landline. I used to be happy with the service. Then I moved house. Telkom was unable to install any cables to provide me the same services so I had to close my account. I was given telephonic confirmation of the closure. My account reflected a pro-rata final payment which I settled. And then I receive an account the following month for ADSL again. Despite calling the Telkom "help" desk and submitting online queries, this matter was not followed up on. I'm expecting to receive another account this month. One of my ref numbers was 27110638. Please sort this out.
