I have tried for the 2nd time to get through to the call centre. The 1st time I gave up after 15 minutes and now I have been on the line for 20 minutes listening to terrible music and sales promotions. Surely this isn't the way to treat customers? I need to transfer to MTN - they simply can't be this bad!
