Our Business line was cut off

We recently requested to transfer our business's line from contract to prepaid.

The transfer was arranged to happen today and Vodacom, instead of completing the transfer as requested decided to cut our line. When I phoned in to resolved the problem they casually told me it was due to RICA and that we need to go in to a branch. We have been with Vodacom for over 15 years and they can even give us a courtesy call to say that our line wont work. We currently spend between R 10 000 and R 13 000 per month on our Vodacom accounts as we run our business with their services.

I am furious! Why not tell us this before doing the transfer!

I pleaded them to allow us just a day or two to Arrange the Rica so our customers could at least reach us, but neither the the call center nor the Help desk thought our situation warranted any further consideration and that simply cutting our line is just fine.

The amount of unhappy customers that they caused and will cause for us through this behavior cannot be forgiven.
