Santam - Can I transfer you to another department!

I am still on the phone and have spoken to a 10 people who are still transferring me between departments... the one lady starts selling me additional benefits without even listening to why I am calling! i am appalled that I am insured with them!

I simply wanted a quote so I could add my motorcyle! Really and 35 minutes later the answer is can I transfer you to the right department?! And after four or five departments - they still have no clue!
