Bad customer service or simply Discrimination?

I went to the Data Shop at 12:55 & was assisted by a gentleman who asked me to take a sit & wait for the next available consultant. 2 people were being served at the time by the 2 consultants which put me next in line. 15 minutes later, a white gentleman walked in, straight to the counter. Riaan finished with his client, a minute or 2 after that. I gave Riaan a big stare as I knew it was my turn. He called me over & asked if I have been served to which I said no & then went on to tell him that my phone charger unit was not working & I wanted to book my phone in for repairs. He then asked if I wanted to leave my phone on the charger for 10 minutes & I informed him that I was100% sure it doesn't charge & would rather just book the phone in. Then he informed me that it takes 28 days to get my phone back & I said, I was fine with that. Then he said "Take a sit, I will assist you in 10 minutes." I then asked him why I had to wait again after my 15 minute wait & he simply said "I have a customer waiting." referring to the gentleman who had just walked in. I informed Riaan I was there 1st & he simply suggested that I got to the other Vodashop on entrance one. Am I not a customer?
