I have 2 contracts with Vodacom, and for one or other reason they do not want to claim a screen on my phone, because I swoped the sim cards of the 2 phones (which is both under contract at Vodacom) im so disappointed in their service and would like to close my accounts with them.. if you have to pay they happy but if they need to help its a problem!! Very poor service and would never upgrade or do anything with Vodacom again. I have been with them for a long time and always pay my contract surely the need to accommodate somehow!!
