Refuse to upgade contract

I am one of the first 5000 Vodacom customers. I have been with them ever since.
I have all my cell phones (six) on my account. My billing is about R5000 per month.

My wife's phone, which is on my account, was due for upgrade in early November.
I have attempted on 5 occasions to upgrade her contract. Every time, the Vodacom assistant finds some reason, like they have to check stock etc, to justify calling me back. THEY NEVER CALL BACK..

The account is in good standing, and I believe this a ploy by Vodacom to extend tour old contracts.

My Daughters phone became due for an upgrade in the first week of December.
Same story, and I have tried 3 times to uprgarde her contract.
