So some called "Mantoa", who doesn't even care to mention his surname, position or credentials responds in a pathetic after-the-fact nothingness. His response only further proves the lack of professionalism MTN adhered to.

Assuring me that they do not wish to cause me frustration means nothing without changing their procedures. The fact I had to wait five days for a process that should've taken 24 hours max was due to the fact that there were faulty sim cards in the shop at Soneike and that the shop assistants cannot actually see if the sim swop was successful when they log in onto the system.

I was assured by the latter that this is because of activities by others that they do not have access to check if the log of the new number was successful. Thus leaving me in my position because of two flaws MTN delivered:

1. Faulty sim cards
2. Ineffective procedures for activating a sim swop.

I MTN doesn't bother to address both these issues specifically they should rather not respond.
