Engine swop takes almost a month?

Good day,

I have delivered my motorbike at SAK bikes as the quote given to do a engine swop was accepted by me. I have delivered the bike on the 2013/09/15 without the new engine. I received the engine from DHL International on the 2013/10/05 and delivered it at their shop with all my panels I had painted. Pieter informed me this will take two days to complete and insured me the bike will be ready by the following week. I contacted them on Wednesday the 2013/10/13 only to be informed that he could not yet complete the job due to other factors and I understood completely. I have since then driven to them phoned them and yesterday 2013/10/22 I was yet again disappointed by the fact that the bike was incomplete due to issues at the shop. I was then informed and guaranteed this matter will be attended and resolved by the shop owner by Thursday this week. I am not happy at all with their service as this is my only means of transport to work. I would not recommend them.
