I have been attempting to follow up on a business telephone line that needed to be cancelled 3 months back, however all i have experienced for the duration of the morning has been countless people referring me to various departments with the excuse that they are unable to assist me but another department should be able to. i have been ricocheted back and forth between departments, for some reason, the residential as well as the business department without any sort of head way as to sorting this matter out, as i am typing this, i am still currently on hold for the last 45minutes, and i have been attempting to resolve this matter of the cancelled line since 8:30am this morning.

it is completely pathetic that the agents at Telkom seem to be unable to do their job. There has also been 2 incidents, within this morning, when i was asked by the agent to please hold and the next person i speak to is in a completely different department altogether.

Telkom definitely needs to get their ducks in the row. This is absolutely pathetic that their business department is treating business in this manner.

and to this very moment, i am still on hold, with no answer to my query at all
