Mtn
SMS and DATA expiry without notice

Telecommunications

On 14.03.2013 I logged an on-line complaint with MTN regarding the expiry without notice of a data bundle I loaded on my Tablet PC.
The value of the initial load was a 2Gb bundle, and there was no notice or message when this was loaded that the balance will be forfeit within 60 days. The value of my forfeit was 1.5Gb, as well as 100 SMS's.
I logged my query and received reference number MTN REQ:1893501, and informed that I would be contacted shortly. 2 days later, I logged the same query and supplied the reference number I received, and received another reference number MTN REQ:1906145. I have not been contacted yet.
I have loaded another data bundle and it still does not advise the customer that there is an expiry date on whatever pre-paid service you purchase. I would like the full value of my data and SMS bundle refunded or re-allocated to me.
