I went to Vodacom Brookly to do a sim swap from a normal sim to a miro sim.
The consultant asked me to supply her with 5 last dialed numbers. I had my phone with me so i gave her those numbers and i also showed her those dialed numbers. She then informed me that she cannot see those numbers on their system. She requested my PUK number of which i dont know. I mean who carries a PUK number with. She then informs me that i have to go to a police station to do an affidavit. how sic is that.
I had to drive all the way and they failed to assist. There are other means of verifying my details but they failed to assist. Maybe i short port my number to another service provide. Guess what, my data contract with Vodacom is expiring and i will not renew it
