I booked in my device on the 5th of April for the first time. When booking it in I clearly stated that the K, L and M keys on the keyboard are NOT working. On 12 April I received a sms that the device was ready for collection. I was very impressed about how quickly they sorted out the device.

When I collected it they ensured me it is working 100%. While still at their counter, I tested the K, L and M keys on the keyboard... needless to say, it was exactly the same, NOT WORKING. They booked it in again, I have just waisted hours from work for nothing.

It is now more than a month and the device is still not ready for collection. In the mean time I pay for a device that I do not have. How is this possible according to law that you can charge someone for something that they do not have???

Are they keeping the device until it is out of warranty and then want to charge me for the repairs??

This is not acceptable!!!
