VERY Irate - AGAIN!!!

I am HIGHLY irate. I logged a call on or around the 20 Nov 13 I was msgd on the 20th to say it was being sent for audit and someone would call me back in 14days I hav not received a call, I received a rate my service msg today which was followed by a goodwill gesture to credit me R55.00! Vodacom has taken over R600 a-time from me with no warning so R55 is not going to resolve this and a call would be appreciated. The level of service is once again DISGUSTING! My suggestion would be that someone goes back and listens to my call logged and then resolves this properly your R55 is a complete JOKE! I want my money back this is -Dylan Canterbury has msgd me today prior to this I was dealing with Allister Klein and my vote for level of service is well below zero!
