I'm on my1gig data contract, receiving 1G of data every month on the 1st except the 1st of December. Now I have advised Vodacom about this, a query was logged, ref S3-T8I3P-PBYZY. Turn around time was 48hrs from the date query was logged, the 02/12/2013 and a consultant will contact me. Still waiting for the call, when I make a follow up, I get told.."they should have called you already or your query is still pending, we'll escalate it". Tired of hearing the same s$&t, different days..not connected to internet because of this and sadly m paying on the 20th each month. What's so difficult about this, I mean pull out the statement or whatever and check how was the data used if ever I've received anything. Can't wait any longer, its long over due..
