Left in the dark by their upgrade department

I was phoned by Vodacom's 3rd party supplier (Rewards Co) and offered an upgrade which I liked (Samsung Tab and S3 Phone). I was told that it all was in stock and I should have it in three days. Received an sms that it was on backorder, I enquired about this and was told it is normal procedure. When I received no delivery I phoned again and was told that Tab was out of stock, but delivery is expected that same day. 10 after I first placed the order I was told that the Tab was expected at the warehouse that day, so the Rewards Co lady said she was going to cancel my backorder, instead she cancelled my upgrade. After "re-upgrading" I was still told that the Tab is due in and should have it soon, only to be told the same when i phoned them on the day it was expected to arrive. Was told to phone again today which I did, only to be told that now both the S3 I ordered and the Tab are out of stock and there is no ETA for either of the devices. So basically I have waited three weeks only to move backwards. I believe that I was offered an upgrade they cannot provide, and will be taking my business elsewhere if Vodacom doesn't want it.
