Data Charges not capped

I have a data contract of 2Gb with MTN through Nashua mobile. I have a R 500-00 call limit. Nashua mobile send me a bill of R 12 000 -00 saying this is the charges received from the carrier. Now they want to hide behind the excuse that the call limit is not guaranteed. This is obsolete nonsense, why would you then have a call limit, I think this is a atrocity.
