My Phone Line and ADSL line went down on Friday after bad weather - the line came apart from the Telkom pole. The fault was logged. I followed up on Monday re progress. Gave my details again (after holding for 20 minutes). Was told that it was being attended to. Monday afternoon I was told that the technicians were onsite but no-one was onsite as we were at the premises. I called again on Monday afternoon and was told that it would be attended to that day. Today I called in the morning to be told that the technicians had tried to contact me (I had no missed calls) and were onsite which was untrue. I escalated and got an escalation number 3 hours ago. I called again and was told that no action had been taken. It's been almost 5 days - no phone line and no ADSL. This is totally unacceptable. I've been holding again for 14 minutes with no response. Fault no 115CWK061213 and Escalation No 562782. Logged on Friday morning @ 8.20am
