WORSE SERVICE EVER TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER

Around the 8th of November 2013 my wife went into Nashua Mobile Stanger to have an upgrade done. Nashua has a price promise which she took up against an advertised MTN deal. initially she wanted a top-up contract which she had signed for, a day or 2 later she received a call from 1 of the staff saying the top-up was not possible so she gave permission for it to be processed as an anytime contract. Since then we received no feedback.
we have to keep chasing the store staff & get assistance from other stores.quite pathetic. Today, i called in to the store to find out whats going on & was told that they didn't have details to provide to head office which is utter nonsense and everything was given on the 1st upgrade application. Also they gave my brother in law the run around saying it had been processed and they awaiting stock, another has the upgrade hadnt been approved!!!

I WANT THE DEAL MATCHED as it was no fault of ours that the deal at mtn has already expired. the staff at Stanger branch need to play a more active role in customer service.

i hope this problem is resolved as i have never had a problem with Nashua mobile in the past for both mine and my wife's contracts
