Cell C
Cancelation of Cell C contract

On 01 January we fax a cancelation form and copy of ID to Cell C fax 084 14329 to cancel a contract that was expired. On 31 January they took again money from the bank account for February. Cell number should be terminated tomorrow. I try to phone on my other cell c phone 084 561 6902, the helpline but they keep on cutting me off during the main menu.

Poor service was the main reason for termination and the lapse of the contract. they didn't even inform us to upgrade.
