Cancelation of contract

I had a contract with cell c it was expiring on february 2013 so I decided to upgrade it with a blackberry curve 9320. Cell c gave me the phone with a new sim card I called the call centre and told them that I want to use my old number they. Said no problem they deducted money from my account. So this month they deducted twice when I call the call centre they tell me that I have two contract with them. And I told them that they must cancel the other contract because I can't afford two contract the number they should cancel is 0746047951.
