Cell C cancelation of contract

So after the 3rd week Cell Ce has not come back to, after I complained about me canceling my contract due to breach of contract from Cell C side, and still charging me over a R1000 to cancel my contract. I want my money back, and they can have their device back. I signed up for good network coverage and did not get any. Is there any other way I can take them on?
