3 months, 2 technicians, nothing done

Telkom, ask yourself one question, Do we deliver customer service, after sale service and customer satisfaction? I can answer it for you, NO. 3 months or more, I battle with this signal problem, 2 technicians came to investigate and nothing was done since now. The last technician phoned the boss, told him about the problem, and "the boss" told him that they can't make one customer happy, and make 1000 other customers unhappy. Now I ask you, why did you sell this product to us, after telling us there is excellent reception in this area? I gave you more than enough time to sort out this problem and fix it. If you are unable to do it, why don't you just tell us, cancel the contract and we can get another service provider. But no, lets make this guy suffer and take his money, money which he doesn't have most of his work is done online and via emails...
I am really taking a big knock (loss of income) due to this situation and will not tolerate it any further.
