ZERO care for key clients!

I've been with Nashua Mobile for over 5 years and every time I'm met with Poor customer support and service. I'm probably in their top percentile of spenders and yet every time I try get a package that suits me it ends up being just as bad the next month. I then order a iPhone 5S upgrade my package, and have now waited for over a month and a half to get a phone (which I still do not have). A friend of mine went to a vodacom store took out a package and got the 5s a week later.. I'm paying Nashua 3 times what he pays Vodacom. Possible? I wouldn't have thought so...
