I have had numerous problems with my Internet since Jan 2013 (no connection). Mon (11/03/13) technician Rudene did investigate. Nothing is wrong with my router or laptop. Rudene said he would ask the Huawei Technicians to contact me to solve the problem. A Technician Wadile phoned me, Sat, 16/03/13. He could not assist me telephonically. He said that he would need to escalate the problem. Once again I had to wait. Eventually Chris (from the 8ta NRP department) phoned me. He came out Fri, 22/03/13 at 16h45. As per Chris the router does not connect to the tower it should be connecting to. Chris told me that the Technician people would have to fix this problem. Chris told me that the technician people would contact me by the latest, Monday afternoon, 25 March 2013. No technician has phoned me as yet?
Only two people working at 8ta really went out of their way to assist me: Fabio (prepaid department)

I am paying for a service that I havent received which goes against the NCA. Have checked reception prior to contract, however now I not only do not receive reception, noone is resolving issue. My next step of escalation would be to cancel contract
