I have been struggling to move my Telkom ADSL Line from my old residents to my new residents for 10 days now. The technicians are untrustworthy, because i made a special arrangement with him to get him at my new residents and he did not come. Now Telkom may think it is not that bad, but they should know it is. I had to make special arrangements at my work and beg my boss for time of to get this done, and guess what, the technician did not pitch. Well thank you Telkom. Now i need to beg my boss again because of your untrustworthiness. And then I need to phone them and wait for 30 minutes just to be told i am at the wrong place and get transferred and wait for another 30 minutes. Telkom must be so proud of their service. You can thank your lucky stars you have the monopoly, otherwise you would have been out of business in no time.
My reference number is 90926864a. Please help me outside working hours as i cannot arrange otherwise.
Please help me, please please please please. I hope the begging will help for better service from you.
