I am really upset off. What a surprise I got Sunday morning when I see you took R809 of my bank account and what I agreed too is not the same. You advertise a data contract for 2G day time and 3G night time for R99 p/m, not give me an open account that I didn't ask for. You cut off at 2G or 3G at night, point. I am not going to pay the difference of R600 to you, that you can get from the lady who helped me with this contract. If I made a mistake in my company I will pay so can she to learn her a lesson to give the right advice next time. I phoned your company about 10 times to sort out my problem for not connecting to the internet and not ones did anyone say to me I've got an open account. I will pay for what my understanding is to 2G day time and 3G night time and not a sent more. Then you have the arrogance to hand me over. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I made a complaint on Sunday morning and up to now no one phoned me to sort this out. Herewith my ref no: 3120100316. You have no carte blance to my bank account. My contract with you is R99 p/m, whoever messed up is not my problem. SORT THIS OUT ASAP or you can have your card back.
