They gave me the wrong contract

Hi there
I signed up for a contract at Chatz in Dundee about 4 months ago, I made it clear that I want a 'top-up' contract. I told them specifically that I don't want an open line contract because I don't want a debit account, I don't want to be able to use more airtime/data than what they give me per month. So very recently I found out that I indeed have an open line contract, they changed it 5 days ago (which will only be in affect from the 1st of September) to top up when I phoned them and asked to check, again. I asked them twice before now and both times they assured me that it was a top up contract. The reason I am still upset about this is that I accidentally bought a data bundle that cost R489, I know this sounds unbelievable but I did, if I knew that I was on an open line contract then I probably would have been more careful - but I didn't know. As far as I was concerned buying a bundle on an account was impossible, because I have a top-up contract. How can I be held responsible for paying this bill when I didn't even know about the 'existing' account.
