Problem virgin mobile can't solve

I called Virgin mobile last year 7 December 2012 ref: 46483050 I spoke to Lerisa ans she told me they will get back to me, I waited till 2 February 2013 I called them back and they gave me the new ref: 2885308. This time I spoke to Londiwe Soasi she promised to get back to me and she did on the 11 February 2013 my problem was not resolved and she said she will call me back but never did. 19 February 2013 I called again and this time I spoke to Ella Moses who promised me that she will get Londiwe Soasi to call me back and never did. I'm paying virgin mobile every month for the problem they not planning to solve at all I can't use my phone because of them.
