2 weeks on and still no joy

2 weeks ago I found that my email didn't work. Strange, as my phone line & ADSL were still working. I called in & after holding for more than 40 min was told that it was an error & they would rectify it. A few days later it was still not working & the process was repeated. The next time I spoke to Bruce &got a reference number (the first of many). On the Sat following I still had no email. I called &asked for a supervisor &was put onto Thabelo Mopeli. He said the team would not be able to help me until Mon but that he guaranteed they would call me. I am still waiting??? On Mon I called again &spoke to a few people who should not be working in a call centre, before being put through to Nhalnhla Mangeni who told me that it was my account that was in arrears (funny since my line was still working???). He gave me the outstanding amount which I paid immediately &told me it would be working as soon as the payment was received. Today (Thurs) still no email. Called again spoke to Hlengwe, Vivian and Balungile who finally cut me off - an hour later still no email and no idea why??? PLEASE HELP - this has been more than 6 hour of phone time with no result.
