PATHETIC SERVICE!! NEVER CALLS BACK!!!

I applied for a Uncapped ADSL line with Telkom. I applied on the 16th October 2013. I have an existing line so it was not needed to supply new cables. Everyday i call Telkom to ask what the progress is because i need internet urgently for my son and daughters studies. Every time a called they say there is a system error. I am fed up with Telkom. Each time a called in, a consultant say they will call me back. I spoke to the following people. Jolene, Thelma, Anra, Bongani, and Keza. I have received this reference number : 4165083. Please i can not go on like this. Every time i call in i speak to somebody else and nobody can give me a straight answer. I need to know what is going on. I need internet urgently but i feels like nobody is there to assist me. How many times must i call telkom back and hear the same story over and over again. PLEASE JUST ASSIST ME!! CALL
