Accessories by the MTN shop at Pavillion

Blackberry and Nokia phones booked in for repairs end of Sept 2013, they were not fixed as they said they had liquid even though I've never dropped the phone on water or got caught on the rain. The handset was booked in accessories such Charger, Battery and such was not returned I've been to the shop 3 times and have even asked for the Manager which I was advise will be contact me. It been over 2 months and such is not returned. Such bad services and lack of urgency from that indian consultant. I've been a loyal contract client of MTN /- 8 years with 4 contracs in place being paid on time with no adverse and this is appreciation of my loyalty I'm getting from them. I will never refer any of my family, friend and colleauge to the MTN shop in Pavillion by the banking facilities. Very pathetic customer service.
